Congratulations to the Shrewsbury BookFest winners from Greenacres
Ella Jones won the art competition for our class for her painting for Tom Palmer's Armistice Runner.
Her painting was very carefully executed. She had super brush control and her colour mixing was excellent. Very well deserved.
Malacky Broderick came 3rd in the county for his painting for Tom Palmer's Armistice Runner.
He had spectacular control, excellent colour mixing and a very good understanding of depth of field
Isabella Mills Overall winner for the county for her letter to a character (there is one overall winner for each author). It is an amazing, emotional letter that was very well researched. Mrs Goward says 'It felt like a winner when she originally read it to me'. Tom Palmer read the letter aloud during the ceremony.
